It’s been a hard year.
This sermon series on Hebrews has been timely, reminding us to persevere when things are difficult. Chapter 13 sums everything up.
The writer to these early Christians reminded them that “here we have no lasting city, but we are looking for the city that is to come.”
We pray “Thy kingdom come.” Jesus has given us a part to play as we wait for it to come in full. We show the world what his kingdom is like when we love one another in ways that are distinctly Christian.
