“North of 60” Afternoon Tea and Social
Thank you to those who came out for the previous “North of 60” events. It was good to see and hear all the conversation and then to take a few minutes to share good news about the work and growth of the church.
“North of 60” is a group for Achievers and retirees. It has the goal of offering a relaxed time to catch up with one another, enjoy being together, and share a few words of encouragement and prayer. Sometimes we even hear from someone in our community. Based on feedback, we have found it works best to meet in our church library with access through either the office doors or the elevator entrance. The homemade baking has also been quite popular.

Pastor Joel will share what is happening in our church these days and outline plans for the upcoming year, with a special focus on what is happening for those of retirement age and up.

Councillor Andrew Stevens is the downtown and area councillor for the city of Regina. He will be sharing with us about needs and opportunities in our area.

A Discussion with Pastoral Staff about Funerals and End of Life Care
Over recent years, society has experienced a shift in how it views the end of life and funerals. What does this mean for us as a church? Come explore how our church and pastors can be involved with families at end of life.
