Wil Rogan 
This week we are blessed to have Wil Rogan as a guest preacher as he leads in reflecting upon Jesus’ sign at the wedding at Cana. This will also be a combined service with a sister church, First Baptist Dauphin.
Dr Wil Rogan has been an assistant professor of biblical studies at Carey Theological College since August 2020. His doctoral research was on the Gospel According to John. Prior to working at Carey Theological College, Wil served as an associate pastor at Grace Long Beach for six years. Wil resides with his wife, two-year-old son, and three cats in Los Angeles. They are expecting in February.
Carey College is affiliated with our denomination, the CBWC. First Baptist Regina has had a number of personal connections. Barb Mutch and Cam Yates both served on staff here and at Carey. A number of CBWC Pastors in Regina have studied and graduated from Carey.
Orienting to God: Thy kingdom come, thy will be done
A Collective Prayer Initiative from the CBWC
Our denomination is encouraging all CBWC Churches to pray together Sunday mornings through seven Sundays starting January 9th. We will be jumping into this initiative already in progress this Sunday for week two.
