“The Life of Peter”
The Apostle Peter is one of those “larger than life” individuals that appears in the New Testament. Because of this, many of us have a certain “view” of Peter: he was impulsive, prone to put his foot in his mouth and adamant as to what Jesus was suppose to do or not do.
This Learning for Life Class will look at a variety of stories about Peter in the Gospels, the Book of Acts and in his own two letters: I and II Peter. I think these lessons will cause us to re-evaluate our view of him and perhaps our view of what it means to be a follower of Jesus.
