Speaker: Richard Hovey
Prior to joining the staff at FBC, Richard had been a pastor in Moose Jaw since 2012 and completed his DMin through George Fox Seminary in 2018. His first pastorates were in our sister denomination in Atlantic Canada, the CBAC. Richard helped launch Renovare Canada and continues to lead spiritual retreats and seminars as Renovare grows.
Richard and his wife Julie have one daughter in university and two daughters at home. Richard brings experience as pastor, in growing new ministries, and in leadership development. His approach to ministry is through spiritual direction and formation.
