Steps to Plan and Publicize a Ministry Event

  1. First Baptist Church has a Facility Usage Policy approved by the Board of Trustees. Copies of this document are available upon request to the Senior Minister.
  2. Please obtain confirmation from the Senior Minister before going ahead with preparations for your event. Allow several weeks or even months of planning and preparation time for your event.
  3. If applicable, you may request that your event be advertised in the FBC Service Bulletin, on the FBC Regina website, and posted on various bulletin boards in the church building.
